Pardes 2 will provide 140 affordable housing units for families and individuals earning between 30% and 70% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The development will feature two three- and four story newly constructed buildings with surface parking. Eight units will be reserved for individuals and families at risk of homelessness. The unit mix will include 42 one-bedroom units, 48 two-bedroom units, and 50 three-bedroom units. Community spaces and amenities will be available to all tenants.
